  • Let the employee know you have received the grievance and will follow up with next steps.
  • Let the division know you have received the grievance.
  • Save the grievance form/written statement and all future correspondence to S: OHR-WorkforceRelations/Grievances.Appeals/Grievance Responses. Choose the correct year and add a folder for your grievant.
